First Wednesday: Metta loving kindness practice (during first 25 minute sit)

Third Wednesday: 5:00-5:45 Prior to the meditation service we offer the opportunity for an informal conversation. Meditation and Everyday Life: A Conversation

Fourth Wednesday: Recorded Dharma talk in lieu of second 25 minute sit after walking meditation. Discussion may follow.
